Overview
At DiasQuest, all our products are digital goods delivered instantly after purchase. Because of their nature, there are no physical shipments, returns, or restocking. However, we want every customer to feel secure and supported. That’s why we provide a fair and transparent refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Non-Delivery of Product
- If you did not receive your digital files due to technical issues (e.g., email not arriving, download link not working).
- Defective or Corrupted Files
- If files cannot be opened or used as described, and replacement is not possible.
- Duplicate Purchases
- If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times.
- Incorrect Product Delivered
- If you receive access to a product different from what you ordered.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of Mind – If you simply no longer want the product after download.
- Incompatibility with Your System – We clearly list formats and technical requirements on each product page; failure to meet these does not qualify.
- Abuse of Policy – Repeated refund requests without valid reason or excessive download attempts may be flagged.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase.
- Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
- Our team will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days.
Resolution Options
- Replacement – If possible, we will reissue or replace your files.
- Refund – If no resolution is possible, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Updates & Access
- All products include a defined update period (usually 6–12 months). Updates are free during that time and remain accessible even after a refund window closes.
- After a refund is granted, continued access to digital files may be revoked.
